Courtyard By Marriott Spokane Downtown At The Convention Center

The place is nice, and has great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar/lounge area. The staff helped me find my lost bracelet during my first stay, which I still remember. I'll be back for Christmas!

Location was Great, Room was clean and comfortable.

For the Price you pay the could at very least offer coffee, 15.00 for Starbucks coffee's was Ridicules, and the price for breakfast is RIDICULES.......we had to re-due our keys after Blooms day which was inconvenient and the lady said it was there security Policy!! never heard of that one before.....and her attitude was rude, so I got rude back!!

Staff were considerate and effective.

Restaurant could have been better. Offering a continental breakfast would make it more current with other motels. I know families are always looking to save.

Everything fine, but overpriced dining

Old facility that could use simple repairs to update. Rude front desk staff. Room was NOT READY upon arrival. AirC was set ast 52 degrees and FREEZING. Sleeper sofa was not made up as requested with not enough bedding for it. Not to standards of the pricing.

Ample free parking was a great bonus and difficult to find in the area! Staff was very friendly and professional.

The water view was obstructed by the trees. Bed was a little lumpy. They were shampooing the carpets on my floor the Sunday morning that I was leaving - thankfully I didn't want to sleep in that morning. Couldn't it wait until Monday when the hotel would likely have less people in it?

Surprising spacious suite!

I was thrilled to find such a spacious suite for my family. The separate living area was perfect for relaxation after a long day. The view from our room was quiet and refreshing.

The bistro's hours felt limiting. It closed too early, and I wish there were more breakfast options for late risers like us.

Excellent service was provided too. Spotless and beautiful room, it included satellite TV, climate control and a refrigerator. The breakfast was great and had a wide array of meals. Everything was superb, nevertheless a few employees were kind of rude.

It was based in new building in a marvellous and brilliant location, to the cafe for breakfast.

I appreciated the cozy Bistro area with its warm decor. The convenient walking path along the river was also a lovely feature.

More accessible seating in the Bistro would help.

We loved kayaking and rafting on the river nearby. The hotel was clean, and the comfortable beds helped us rest after our adventures. Plus, the location is great for exploring downtown.

The gym is pretty small. It only had a few machines, a letdown for some of my friends.

The location of the courtyard was fantastic! It was easy to find, and we loved being close to the river walking path. Having plenty of parking was also a plus. The indoor pool was a great spot to swim laps, which my family enjoyed after a day exploring. The comfy king room with a sofa bed.

Spacious room, pleasant amenities, including a modern bistro with good breakfast options and a good outdoor seating area for relaxation, made our stay enjoyable, and the convenient location just 15 km from the airport added to the ease of our visit.

The staff here were genuinely friendly! The cleaning woman was polite and checked on us several times. I also loved the cozy bar/lounge area.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well-located near the Spokane River. The bed was cozy. I particularly appreciated the professional atmosphere for my work trip, with ample meeting room options available, convenient for my business needs.
